Good Green (also referred to as “Operator”) operates the Good Green website, application, and other services, which are designed to enable users to easily connect and receive moving and shipping services from Licensed Business Owners (“LBOs”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Site”, “Website”, “Application”, and/or “Service(s)”.
2. Who Can Use Our Services
Good Green does not provide Services to people within the European Union at this time. By using our Services, you are representing that you are not accessing the Services from within the European Union.

4. What We Collect
Good Green may automatically and temporarily track and collect internet “Traffic Data.” which may consist of information like IP addresses; domain servers; and types of devices accessing the Services. Traffic Data is anonymous information that does not personally identify you but is helpful for marketing purposes or for improving your experience on the Site. This Traffic Data, collected from your browser, may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics. We use Traffic Data for things such as traffic analysis or e-commerce analysis of our website, and to determine which features of our site are most or least effective or useful to you. In general, this information is used in aggregate to make the website better for you.

As part of registration, you will at least provide your name and email address. If you do not provide information as requested, you may not be able to use or properly use the Services.

Good Green is strongly committed to not sharing nonpublic information with third parties. Except as described under this policy and Section 5 of the Good Green Terms of Service, Good Green does not sell, rent, or in any way share any of the personal information provided by you with third parties.
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
Our Services includes the ability to share some of your information. For instance, customers share videos and other personal information with the LBOs on the mobile application. Likewise, LBOs can share certain information with prospective customers. We are not responsible for how you choose to share your own information and you acknowledge that any information you publish in these forums becomes public information. Make sure you are cautious in what you choose to make public information.
Other than to the companies belonging to Good Green for the purposes set out above, and except as described in this policy, we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information or general information to third parties without informing you in advance. We provide some of our services through contractual arrangements with affiliates, services providers, partners and other third parties (collectively, “service partners”). Our service partners may use your personal information to operate our sites and to deliver their services as discussed below in the “Third-Party Service Providers” section.

Good Green may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

This may be done through your personal profile, Through your personal profile you may review and update your Personal Information that we have already collected. We encourage you to keep your Personal Information as up to date as possible.
You must promptly notify us if your credit card, user name, or password is lost, stolen, or used without permission. In such an event, we will remove that credit card number, user name, or password from your account and update our records accordingly.
Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used as an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your computer’s hard drive.
Our website uses these “cookies” to collect information and to improve our Service. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. From time-to-time our Site requests information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

We also do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.

Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us, once each calendar year, information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately preceding calendar year.
To obtain this information, please send an e-mail message to firstname.lastname@example.org with “Request for California Privacy Information” in the subject line and in the body of your message. We will provide in response the requested information to you at your e-mail address.
Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the “Shine the Light” requirements and only required information will be included in our response.
14. Browser “Do Not Track” Requests
This Site treats the privacy of all users with an equally high level of respect and priority. Thus, as all users and user information is treated the same, this Site does not acknowledge your browser’s “Do Not Track” requests.
